This is a true piece of the 60-year legacy of Hanna-Barbera Studios. The size is 24″ x 19″ Master Studio Color Model cel of all the vehicles and drivers in the Wacky Races. It is stamped “1975 Hanna-Barbera Productions” in the top right corner. Each panel is a hand-painted cel with a trimmed-to-image version of one of the racing cars. This massive piece showcases Dick Dastardly and Muttley in the Mean Machine; Professor Pat Pending in the Convert-A-Car; The Gruesome Twosome in the Creepy Coupe; Red Max in the Crimson Haybailer; Sergeant Blast and Private Meekly in The Army Surplus Special; Penelope Pitstop in the Compact Pussycat; The Slag Brothers in the Boulder Mobile; The Ant Hill Mob in the Roaring Plenty (later changed to The Bulletproof Bomb); Rufus Roughcut and Sawtooth in The Buzzwagon; Luke and Blubber Bear in The Arkansas Chugabug; and Peter Perfect in the Varoom Roadster (later changed to The Turbo Terrific). A hand-painted Title cel is in the center of this massive important document. A color 4-level transparency of this piece was made for studio marketing use.
